The “Rules”

All condo associations have rules, and a guest’s adherence to them reflects the owner’s relationship with the Condo Association Board of Trustees. We only ask that you, as a guest, follow the same rules all the owners have to when they are there.

More Rules
A list of the Association “Rules & Regulations” will be left in the condo and should be reviewed by all who visit and stay. There are a lot, and here are some highlights, below. Breaking these can mean the condo Trust forcing an owner to revoke a lease. Most are common sense, but please review all. Some, but not all, are noted below to give you advance warning:
  • • We will need to provide to the Trustees/property manager your name, address, phone numbers, email address and contact information not less than 72 hours before you arrive.
  • • Loading/unloading at the Main Entrance is limited to 15 minutes. Do not leave a car unattended.
  • • Parked cars must display a parking permit on the dashboard. No trailers can be parked in the lot.
  • • If used, return luggage carts to their original storage spot.
  • • Nothing can be hung over or placed on a balcony rail (e.g, drying bathing suits or plant pots).
  • • Bikes should be kept in the racks near the Main Entrance.
  • • No musical instrument, radio, television or other electronic device shall at any time be played unreasonably loudly in the unit or anywhere on the common areas.
  • • No grease, bones, shells, solids or paper down any drains.
  • • Trash must be placed in the covered containers outside to the left of the entrance.
  • • No parties are allowed in the common areas.
  • • Children shall not play in hallways, stairways, the lobby or common areas. They shall not be left unattended anywhere in the building.
  • • No smoking is allowed except in a designated area of the parking lot. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
  • • There is an administrative fee to the Trust of $100 per each lease within three days of each move in/out, which will be paid by the condo owner.
  • • Do not walk on the coastal bank when approaching the stairs down to the beach. Stay to the left an avoid walking anywhere on the top of the bank. This is strictly enforced.
  • • No fires or open flame is permitted anywhere. No gas or charcoal grills can be used.
