About the Condo
Situated above one of the largest bric-a-brack stone revetments on Cape Cod, Tidewatch (TW) condominium complex overlooks the Nantucket Sound, just 50 feet away at high tide. Open the windows or sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing and smell the salt air. Our condo offers two over-size decks to give you unobstructed south and west views, which lets you move around and stay out of the wind.
Off the living room is a large covered deck overlooking the Nantucket Sound, ideal to dine on and relax. There’s another triangular covered deck (called the “Ship’s Prow” for its shape and views) looking out
to Martha’s Vineyard, the Sound and over our private beach.
There are no steps from the complex’s entrance to the unit or inside it, making it handicap friendly. We leave an electric mobility scooter there so everyone (even with a walker) can move freely around the complex. There are ramps with no steps throughout the inner grassy courtyard which offers multiple sitting patios viewing the sea; everyone can get outside and move around freely.

The Beach
Plant beach chairs and an umbrella (provided) or take a long morning walk all alone except for the surf sounds down to South South Cape Beach State Park. Have a refreshment then walk back making it your morning routine.
After walking for about 2.5 miles you’ll come to South Cape Beach with life guards, bathrooms and picnic areas.
