What to Do in New Seabury?
New Seabury is a premier master-planned resort and residential within Mashpee, MA. Established in the early 1960s, it is one of the most significant luxury developments on Cape Cod, known for its unique New England style architecture interspersed with modern designs. It also offers extensive waterfront amenities and homes along Nantucket Sound. Surrounding two championship golf courses are twenty-nine neighborhoods and villages making up this 2000-acre community. It has its own marina, village market place of 20+ shops, church, gourmet food shop and eateries open to the public.

Beware! Beach Access is Limited
The only way to gain beach access at New Seabury’s Cabana Club is to stay at one of the 25 Sea Quarter houses or in one of six Poppy Cottages, which are all owned/managed by the New Seabury Club –or– to stay in either Maushop Village or the Tidewatch Condos which both have their own private beaches. None of the other neighborhoods or villages in NS have beach access and staying elsewhere means you have to drive to South Cape Beach State Park. Places To Go
You should bicycle or drive around the villages, as each is unique for its setting and architecture. Visit Daniel’s Island (lower right on the map below) to see classic water front homes. The marina is at the one-lane bridge going over to it. The Popponesset Marketplace has 20+ shops, eateries and miniature golf – all are open to the public. Click here for a zoomable map.
