How to Book
We skip “vacation rental platforms” like VRBO and work directly with you save you fees on Airbnb, VRBO, etc. This is not small potatoes; our peak season rate of $9,500 would cost you Airbnb $10,925 on Airbnb and $10,260 on VRBO!
You don’t recognize these fees since they are built into the rental prices on the calendar, which is why we call them hidden. Vacation rental owners like this as the costs are borne by the vacationer (who doesn’t see this extra charge) not the owner. We say “Not cool!” to this.
So we use a local no-fee Cape Cod vacation website (WeNeedaVacation.com) for bookings and up-to-date pricing as it changes with discounts. They take no percentage commission from you as we pay a yearly subscription fee. And, no, we have no “resort fee.”

Monthly Rates
As we seek monthly rentals, the following rates reflect a discount on the above weekly rate, plus we add three or four free extra days to bring your rental period to 32 days so there are no state or local rental taxes, saving you 14.45% in Mass. Lodging Tax. You pay only the rate (for 2026) below plus a cleaning fee.

Comparison to the NS Options with Beach Access
If you want beach access during the high-season our monthly rate of $9500 (which includes 4 free extra days to bring you to 32 days tax-free) will only buy you:
• 13 days in a tiny Poppy Cottage (close to beach, but no water view)
• 9 days in the cheapest Maushop cottage (with a partial sea view)
• 13 days in the average Maushop cottage (peek-a-boo or no view)
In Sum
If there are just two of you and you want beach access you’ll pay less for a month* at TW condo, than you will for two weeks anywhere else in New Seabury, even with no views. Plus, you get more room inside and out, stunning sea views, privacy, guest parking and you’ll be right on a private NS beach.
*Actually for 32 days or 4.6 weeks. Can only take two-weeks for your vacation? At these rates, use TW as your pied-à-terre on Cape Cod for weekends!
